Do you ever find yourself saying yes to things that you know you'll regret later? You say yes because you want someone to approve of you. You like to be liked and appreciated.
Maybe you've even won the People Pleaser of the Year award like I did circa 2012.

Then when it comes to take action, this feeling of unworthiness may result in a fear of taking action or you saying yes to things that should be a no.

As a network marketer, you're like the middle child. You feel you have to do what your upline says while being responsible for your downline's success. Then when you add on an open heart center, boy, does that fuel the pressure to be everything to everyone!
If you find yourself feeling pressure to follow a marketing or recruiting strategy that doesn't feel good to you, it's ok to say no. You're not going to be valued any less. In fact, it increases your authoritative value for standing up for what you believe in.
Here are some questions to ask yourself when it comes to figuring out your network marketing sales, marketing and recruiting plan:
Am I taking this action to win someone's approval?
Do I feel I need to post this specific piece of content to prove something? (For example, like you're working hard to put yourself out there? Or prove that you're a worthy expert in your space?)
Is there unspoken pressure to take on a new task or way of doing something?
Am I taking a certain action to feel like enough or worthy?
Am I people pleasing and putting my own desires last?
What will happen if I do not do this thing that I really don't feel lit up to do?
Sometimes journaling about these things can bring forward a new awareness. You can face things head on and realize that it's not so scary after all just to be who you want to be and know that you're worthy for just being you.
